WorkSphere ("Platform", "we", "us") is a contact and listing marketplace that connects job seekers, service providers, and employers. We are not an employment agency and we do not verify the accuracy of listing content or the identity of employers beyond basic account registration.
You must be at least 18 years old to use WorkSphere. By creating an account you confirm that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
You agree not to post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings; impersonate any person or organisation; send unsolicited commercial messages; scrape or copy the platform; or use WorkSphere for any illegal purpose. Violations may result in immediate account suspension.
Listings must not contain hate speech, sexual exploitation, pyramid schemes, or content that facilitates illegal activity. We reserve the right to remove any listing or account without prior notice.
All platform code, design, logos, and branding are the exclusive property of WorkSphere. You retain ownership of content you upload (CVs, images), but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display it on the platform.
WorkSphere is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss, fraud, or damage arising from interactions between users. Employers' identity, legitimacy, and financial capacity are not verified by us. You interact with other users at your own risk.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Baku, Azerbaijan.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes by email or in-app notification.
We collect: name, email address, phone number, CV data (education, experience, certificates), profile photo, portfolio images, IP address, browser type, and cookies for analytics and session management.
Your data is used to operate the platform, process payments, send service notifications, prevent fraud, and improve our product. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
We share data with: Firebase (Google) for hosting and database; Lemon Squeezy for payment processing; and government authorities when required by law. All third-party processors are bound by their own privacy policies.
If you are in the European Economic Area, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict processing of, and export your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@worksphere.app.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management, and analytics cookies (if enabled) to improve user experience. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings.
Your data may be processed in the United States where Firebase (Google) servers are located. Google LLC is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
WorkSphere is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a child has provided us with data, contact us immediately.
Pro ($5/month) and Business ($29/month) subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
If you are not satisfied with a Pro or Business subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase, provided you have not revealed more than 5 contact details or used the Featured boost feature.
Featured boosts ($2 individual / $5 agency) and Verified badge ($3) purchases are non-refundable once the feature has been activated.
Email refund@worksphere.app with your account email and the reason for your request. We will process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. We will send a reminder email 3 days before each renewal.
